1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of EdgeMirror AI, including the website, dashboard, journal, reports, integrations, AI features, paid plans, and any related services.

By creating an account, signing in, connecting an integration, uploading data, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use EdgeMirror AI on behalf of a company, team, mentorship program, prop firm, or other entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for verifying that use of the Service is permitted by the rules of your broker, prop firm, employer, country, or applicable regulator.
• We may update these Terms; the version in effect will be the one published on this page.

2. Nature of the service

EdgeMirror AI is a journal, execution analytics, behavior review, and trading data organization tool. The Service may help you record trades, review metrics, upload screenshots, detect patterns, generate reports, and receive AI observations about discipline, timing, consistency, and rule adherence.

EdgeMirror AI is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, asset manager, exchange, introducing broker, CTA, execution platform, or trading venue.

• We do not provide buy or sell signals.
• We do not recommend specific financial instruments.
• We do not manage user capital.
• We do not guarantee results, profitability, approval of funded accounts, or reduction of losses.

3. Account, credentials, and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your account up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, devices, email, and any associated authentication methods.

You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or exposure of your credentials. We may suspend or limit accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our systems.

4. User data

You retain ownership of the data, notes, screenshots, journal entries, strategies, tags, imports, and content you upload to or generate within EdgeMirror AI. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and analyze that data solely to operate, protect, improve, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload is yours or that you are authorized to use it. You must not upload (a) third-party information without permission, (b) unlawful data, (c) infringing material, or (d) information you are not authorized to process.

5. Third-party integrations and read-only access

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts or services, including brokers, data providers, payment platforms, email tools, cloud infrastructure, AI services, or other providers necessary to operate EdgeMirror AI. Each provider may have its own terms, permissions, technical limits, privacy policies, and revocation mechanisms.

When you connect a broker or financial provider, you authorize us to query and synchronize the information the provider makes available and that is necessary to display your journal, metrics, positions, accounts, trades, balances, history, statements, or metadata related to your activity.

• EdgeMirror AI only reads, queries, imports, and synchronizes information from those integrations.
• We do not send buy, sell, open, close, modify, or cancel orders to your broker.
• We do not execute trades, move funds, transfer assets, or change instructions within your broker.
• We do not request or use discretionary trading authority.
• If a provider offers trading endpoints or permissions, EdgeMirror AI does not use them to execute trades within the current scope of the Service.
• You may revoke connections from EdgeMirror AI when the feature is available and, where applicable, from the third-party provider's panel or security settings.

The integration is designed for analysis and recordkeeping. The decision to trade, place orders, or move money occurs outside of EdgeMirror AI and is your sole responsibility.

6. AI, reports, and automated analysis

AI features may summarize information, detect patterns, classify notes, review screenshots, generate reports, or suggest areas of improvement. These results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or dependent on the quality of your data.

AI outputs are informational and educational material for personal review. You must validate them before making decisions. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, psychological, or professional advice.

7. Plans, payments, and cancellation

By purchasing a paid plan, you accept the prices, taxes, billing frequency, limits, and benefits shown during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, whose terms and policies apply to payment processing.

You may cancel your subscription through the controls available within the Service or the billing portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or it is expressly stated, payments already processed are non-refundable.

8. Prohibited uses

• Using the Service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, APIs, infrastructure, or systems without authorization.
• Interfering with the security, availability, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Reselling, sublicensing, copying, or commercially exploiting the Service without written authorization.
• Using outputs of the Service as personalized financial recommendations to third parties without complying with applicable regulations.
• Posting or sharing objectionable content in clans or any community space within the Service. This includes: harassment, bullying, or threats; hate speech or attacks based on race, origin, religion, gender, or orientation; unsolicited sexual content and any sexual material involving minors; graphic violence or incitement to violence; impersonation of another person, a brand, or EdgeMirror AI; spam and unsolicited promotion; financial scams and misleading promotion, including signal selling, managed accounts, false or inflated returns, and price manipulation; content that promotes self-harm or suicide; and unlawful content or content related to regulated goods, substances, or activities.
• Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or persistently targeting other users within or through the Service.

9. Community rules

Clans and the official channel are community spaces within EdgeMirror AI. The posts, comments, polls, images, and GIFs you share there are yours, and they are your responsibility. Before your first post we ask you to accept these Community rules, which form part of these Terms.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. The list of prohibited content is in section 8 of these Terms and applies to all user-generated content within the Service.

• Any member can report a post, a comment, a poll, or a person from the content's menu, on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Reporting and blocking are available on every plan, including Free, at no cost and with no limit beyond reasonable use.
• We review every report within 24 hours.
• We remove objectionable content and may warn, remove from the clan, or suspend the account of whoever posted it. We may do so without prior notice where necessary to protect other users or the Service.
• We do not tell the reported person who reported them.
• We do not tell the reporter the outcome of the review: telling them what happened to another member's content would expose that member to retaliation.
• Any member can block another. Blocking is immediate, mutual, and reversible: neither sees the other's content or can interact with them, and neither person's clan membership changes.
• If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account by mistake, write to us at edgemirror.io/contact or [email protected].

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, pause, withdraw, or limit features for maintenance, security, regulatory changes, third-party provider availability, abuse, non-payment, or product evolution. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absolute absence of errors.

Integrations may fail, change permissions, limit data, be delayed, or become unavailable for reasons outside of EdgeMirror AI's control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EdgeMirror AI will not be liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, investment decisions, user errors, incomplete data, third-party outages, or AI outputs, nor for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk. No feature should be interpreted as a guarantee of performance, protection against losses, or a substitute for professional advice.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, there is a security risk, we receive legal requests, we detect abuse, or it is necessary to protect the Service.

Termination does not eliminate pending obligations, accrued payments, intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, or other clauses that by their nature must survive.
